Characters[]
Plot[]
Boris pulls Bendy through a snowy field because met a bet on a wolverine juggling contest. Upon stopping, Bendy wonders if they have a new bounty on their heads. They converse with Constable Alice, riding her faithful steed, Carmacks, about being humble prospectors looking for fortunes. Alice, suspicious of the duo, tells them of the only source of riches in the area: the Cursed Treasure of the Sasquatch, located at the top of a mountain.
Alice, showing a devious side to her, regales a tale to Bendy and Boris. Initially scared by it, Bendy decides to take a risk as he wants to claim the gold for himself. As they travel to the mountain, Alice and Carmacks go the other way. Alice states there is no such thing as a sasquatch and doubts Bendy and Boris (calling them buffoons) will make it up the mountain. She then tells herself not to believe her own deception after thinking a parka squirrel passed by.
Once at the foot of the mountain, Boris worries about climbing it. Bendy reassures his buddy by using "modern" technology. Such as an insta balloon to float their way to the top. It works until someone literally burst their balloon, causing them to fall after a few moments of cartoon physics in action.
Down (the mountain) but not out, after Boris tries to ask Bendy if they should have climbed the mountain first, to which Bendy gives it a second try with a pickaxe called: Prospector's Peak Ascender 3000. Just like the insta balloon, it works... before they fall down again. Boris blames the tech before Bendy states someone cut the line.
Since third time's the charm, Bendy and Boris use magneto-boots to claim the mountain. This time, they do manage to climb the mountain without any interference. Once there, they ditch the boots while Bendy dismisses Alice's story as a myth. Moments later, they flee from a scary shadow casted by an unscary sasquatch.
Once inside the heart of the mountain, they find multiple sasquatch statues and a literally river of gold, which they dive in and celebrate their newly founded wealth which had existed without Alice's knowledge. Bendy states they are now the richest men in the world before the sasquatch scares them away with a scary mask.
While running away, the duo go down a slide as they encounter bats, falling stalactites and bounce down the back of an old skeleton at the bottom of the slide before leaving the mountain. They end by belly flopping on the snow.
Bendy, still wanting the treasure, wonders if they should return with the right tools. He ponders about a trapmaster-o-matic to catch the sasquatch a roar causing them to flee for the last time. While running away, Alice watches them as her steed and the sasquatch wave as each other.
Trivia[]
- This is the first of three known comic to have Alice in different costume instead of her normal dress. The other two are "Alice the Aviator" and "The Devil's Treasure". The last of the three being a promotional comic instead of a Dime-Store one.
- If one deciphers Boris' muffled speech after falling from the mountain, it can be construed as saying "Don't you think we should've climbed it first?"
