Train Trouble is a Bendy cartoon produced by Joey Drew Studios and presented in Sillyvision. The cartoon is mentioned in posters from Bendy and the Ink Machine, starting at Chapter 2 and a small clip of it is seen in Chapter 5.

It is unknown what the plot of this cartoon is, as it is only seen in a clip. It is only known that the cartoon involves a train, with Bendy being the possible conductor.

  • The cartoon itself and name may be based on the 1927 cartoon short Trolley Troubles, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit's first animated cartoon.
  • Under Bendy's hand from the poster, it says "666" on the train. The number 666 is usually associated with the devil.
  • The poster in the game is a winner for the fanart contest that was held before Chapter 2: The Old Song's release. The poster is made by ImaginateKate.
  • According to Joey Drew Studios Employee Handbook, the toy trains made by Heavenly Toys were based on this cartoon.
