The Butcher Gang is a Bendy cartoon produced by Joey Drew Studios and presented in Sillyvision, starring the villainous Butcher Gang trio. It is released on 1935.[1]

It was first mentioned in the poster from Chapter 3: Rise and Fall of Bendy and the Ink Machine. In Chapter 5: The Last Reel, a short clip of the said cartoon is revealed in the throne room.

Plot

The plot reveals to take place inside the dining restaurant where Bendy works as an employee. There is only one clip, showing the scene of Charley having a conversation with the nervous Bendy while Barley and Edgar arguing each other. Edgar threatens a fight by raising his two front feet like clinging knuckles, making Barley snap with astonishment and grabs a pie off from the dining table to throw it at Edgar out of anger, but Edgar ducks down as the pie hits Charley instead.

Trivia

  • The cartoon's poster mentions a cost of 5 cents, similar to the "The Dancing Demon" poster.
  • Coincidentally, the setting of the episode being a restaurant is somewhat similar to a fan-animation by theniftytable having a setting in a bar. theniftytable mentioned this in a deleted tweet.
