Complete all of the chapter's objective tasks and, before entering the elevator, head to Level P. Inside the left-sided room of the lobby workshop area, walk through the "Sheep Songs!" poster to visit theMeatly.

Trivia[]

On Steam only, it is one of the five theMeatly-related achievements of the game, and achieving all of them will unlock the "Grand Puppeteer" achievement.
