This is a list of all secrets in Bendy and the Dark Revival. This includes references to video games, YouTubers, and the game developers themselves, along with hidden Easter eggs that are easy to miss.
Recurring Secrets[]
The very first Meatly cutout that the player may encounter.
theMeatly[]

There are ten hidden theMeatly cutouts hidden throughout the game, accessible only after unlocking travel via the subway in Chapter 5.
Finding them all will grant the Familiar Faces achievement.
Sinny[]
- Main article: Sinny
A physical incarnation of the Wandering Sin that can only be found in Inaccessible Locations.
Borkis[]
Main article: Borkis
A paranormal version of Boris the Wolf that was introduced in the Wolf Trials of Boris and the Dark Survival. But unlike that game, he is not a hostile foe but rather an enigmatic secret that can only be found in certain inaccessible areas.
Hidden Endings[]
Overtime Ending[]
At the beginning of the game, if the player doesn't stand up for 20 minutes, Audrey will get back to work and the credits will roll. Doing this grants the Avid Worker achievement.
Insanity Ending[]
If the player was to collect all 24 of The Illusion of Living books in the game and sit in a chair that appears in the staircase leading down to Wilson’s Laboratory, directly in front of three iridescent tubes, with a small table to the right of the tubes, sounds of echoing, crazed laughter can be heard, and then the screen turns to black. After this, they get an ending where Audrey is in a straitjacket in what appears to be an insane asylum', where the player can control how Audrey ragdolls across the padded room.
Other Secrets[]
Mirror Jumpscare[]
In the prologue, there is a mirror to the right of the door in Audrey's office. Interact with the mirror five times and the ghostly face of Audrey will flash briefly along with a shriek. Note that the scream is the same audio used for Alpha Bendy in the Bendy and the Ink Machine prototype.
Finding this grants the Time to Reflect achievement.
Brian the Sock Puppet[]
After calling the elevator in the prologue, the player could backtrack and collect three balls from the desks. Throw them into Wilson's mop bucket and a sock puppet will pop out and cough the three balls back up.
Finding this grants the Did You See That? achievement.
Giant Crow[]
In the Subway station, face track 77 and follow the tunnel to the left to find a barred room with a gigantic crow pecking at the words 'Just a Pencil and a Dream' inked on the floor.
Even more curious is that given the color scheme of the game, it's a white crow.
Angry Moon[]
If you smash ten jars in the city area and look up, the moon will grow to an enormous size and have an angry face, which disappears once you look away. This easter egg is a reference to The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Dungeons & (Ink) Demons[]
To find this secret, the player must turn on the radio in the Little Devil Lounge and quickly make their way back to the unlocked gate in the Atrium Supply, and go down to where you previously found a Thick Ink canister. Pass through the breakable walls to the left of the desk, and if you’re quick enough, the door with the ‘Quiet Please’ sign next to it will be open. In this room, the player will also find a non-hostile Lost One slamming it's head into a fridge. If the player gets close enough, the Lost One will snap it's neck and collapse to the floor.
Ink Jets Concert[]

The Ink Jets are a band of Lost Ones who can be found rocking out in Artist's Rest after finding a very special ticket.
The Silverlane Express[]
Main article: Silverlane Express
A recently added secret ties in with the memo left by Kitty Thompson, where if you sit in the subway until 4:14 (am or pm), a ghost train car will quickly pass by with what sounds to be the screams of the passengers.
Grand Chops Lost Ones[]
A recently added secret can be triggered if the player hits the seven slabs of meat hanging throughout the Grand Chops Butcher Shop. This will cause five lost ones wielding meat slabs as clubs, to ambush Audrey. When the first of them is defeated, Audrey will confusedly muse: "Sure! and that's an exac- that's a total normal natural reaction."
Ink Launcher[]
Main article: Ink Launcher
in a cabinet under the table of confiscated weapons is Grenade Launcher like weapon that was originally seen wielded by Allison in the April Fools video Bendy Royale.
Movie Critic[]
The head on the left is very familiar...
In the second part of the city (after passing through Grand Chops), there is a barred door with a lit-up 'G' symbol above it. Knock five times and a voice will yell out "Oh, so many bad movies! So many bad movies, they never end!" Finding this grants the achievement "It Stinks", which is a multifaceted reference to Mystery Science Theater 3000.
- 'It Stinks' refers to a line from the popular episode Pod People.
- The description of the achievement, 'You Should Really Just Relax' is a paraphrased lyric from the show's theme song.
- The image for the achievement shows three figures in front of a movie screen, one of which has Crow T. Robot's distinctive head shape.
- The gear like "G" above the door resembles the logo of the Gizmonic Institute.
- According to a post by the Meatly on twitter, the voice that yells "Oh, so many bad movies! So many bad movies, they never end!" was provided by non-other than Joel Hodgson, the creator of Mystery Science Theater 3000.
License Plates[]
In the Little Devil Lounge, there are several license plates on a wall as you head into the Kitchen.
- 210-414 is a reference to the release date of Chapter 1 of Bendy and the Ink Machine and is yet another reference to the recurring number ‘414’ that appears through the franchise.
- OUTATIME is the license plate on Doc Brown’s DeLorean from Back to the Future.
- SLW-287R is the license plate for Mr. Bean’s British Leyland Mini 1000.
