The secret messages are messages written on the walls of the studio that can be only seen by the Seeing Tool. These messages contain references, hidden lore and a few jokes.
It's currently unconfirmed who made the messages, however it is heavily implied that Henry made them. Messages like "I Always Fall" (Henry falls in almost every cycle), "I'm Sorry Buddy" (Boris's death), and "Don't go Through the Door" (Possibly talking about the door in Joey Drew's Apartment), etc. imply this. However, it is possible (although unlikely) that a different character left them.
