Hadwin was once an employee and lead artist of Ritual Entertainment, who help to worked for SiN, Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K. 2, Blair Witch Volume III: The Elly Kedward Tale, Star Trek: Elite Force II, Legacy of Kain: Defiance, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Delta Force: Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre, SiN Episodes and 25 to Life before finally closed down in 2006 after the failure of the games sold poorly.
It wasn't until in 2017 that he was able to finally found the company with the other crew as Rooster Teeth Games to continue his career.
