The Mad Artist is a deranged Lost One who makes his debut in the first chapter of Bendy and the Dark Revival.

- When the Lost One comes out of his room, he asks, "Is that you, Phil?", who could be the character of Phil Clark, implying that he too could be one of the employees trapped in the cycle.
- Even more evidence to support this is that in Phil's audio log, he mentions a "freak two desks over," who keeps on trying to show Phil his pictures.
- The voice of this Lost One is very similar to that of the one seen on the balcony of Bendy and the Ink Machine: Chapter 4 - Colossal Wonders.
- This is likely because the two Lost Ones are the same character. In Chapter 5, one of Joey’s drawings shows the Lost One from Chapter 4 drawing a picture, and underneath him it says “When do we go home?”
- This artist is probably may be Bill Danton, judging by their obsession with art and his growing insanity.
