Joseph J. Thomas, also known as JoeTho and JoeActor, is a voice actor in Los Angeles with credits in video games, animation, ADR, anime, films, promos, commercials and audio books and one of individuals to collaborate with the development team of Bendy and the Ink Machine. He is the voice actor for the Balcony Lost One, Bertrum Piedmont from Chapter 4, and Angus Newman as well as some of the Lost Ones in Bendy and the Dark Revival.

Drawing on years of Theater and Improv Comedy performance, Joe provides Voiceover services specializing in Accents, Characters, Impressions, Voice Matching, and ADR. He voiced several video games characters in games like Diablo III, World of Warcraft, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.
