Only six known humans appeared in the comics, all in the Syndicated era: Ruby Goldberg, a nerdy guy that paid for a portrait from Bendy in The Artist, three baseball players (the pitcher, the batter, and the catcher) in Batter's Eye, and a waiter that served Boswell Lotsabucks a lobster in Bon Appe-Sneak.
