Twisted Alice, Bendy and the Ink Machine: Chapter 3

The Tommy Gun is an obtainable weapon from Chapter 3: Rise and Fall from Bendy and the Ink Machine.

Description[]

Modeled off a Tommy gun (or formally known as the M1928A1 Thompson submachine gun, mostly used in the Prohibition Era by criminals), also known as "The Chicago Typewriter", has an 18-round drum of ammunition. It is sepia toned, as everything else in the game is. The gun itself is made from ink, as it melts back into ink if the steps to getting it are not done or if the steps are not done properly.

Usage[]

The gun features the ability to stunlock every enemy except the Ink Demon, who is physically unable to be killed and completely invulnerable to this gun along with any other weapons Henry uses. It is especially useful against The Projectionist. Holding down the attack button allows Henry to infinitely shoot instead of clicking it one by one.

The gun has an unlimited amount of bullets. However, when using the gun several times, it runs out of bullets and has to be reloaded by pressing the attack key at least four times.

Gameplay[]

Bendy and the Ink Machine[]

Chapter 3: Rise and Fall[]

After completing Alice's errand where Henry kills all three Butcher Gang enemies, Twisted Alice will present Henry with the Tommy gun. However, when he attempts to grab the Tommy gun to use as a weapon, it transforms into ink, to which Alice tells him that the gun is a little hard to get a hold of.

To claim the Tommy gun, go to the toy machine and change the ink toy's form from the bowl next to Shawn Flynn's audio log into the Ink Machine, choose the "demon path", and never get killed during the chapter.

The Tommy gun is used until bringing all ink hearts to Twisted Alice for completing the last task where it is replaced by the Gent pipe near the end of the chapter.

Chapter 5: The Last Reel[]

Although the Tommy gun doesn't appear in this chapter, it's seen in some sketches in Joey Drew's apartment.

Bendy and the Dark Revival[]

The Tommy Gun was wielded by Alice as her weapon when she tried to kill Audrey Drew. After she was killed by Allison Angel, her Tommy Gun was taken by her and later used when she helped Audrey when she controlled Beast Bendy and killed many of the hostile residents, and then shot Sammy several times, even though he seemed to be on Audrey's side at the time.

Trivia[]

  • This is the only weapon in the game to be a range type instead of melee, aside from the Empty Bacon Soup Cans.
  • Equipping the Tommy gun unlocks the "Blazing Metal" achievement.
  • Before Twisted Alice gives Henry the gun, she says the gun was from someone special, hinting that the gun was from one of the workers or another person.
  • There is currently a bug where if quality is set to "Very Low", the Tommy Gun will not damage any enemies.
