F for Effort is the thirteenth known Bendy Comic. Its publication date is January 3, 1933.
Character[]
Plot[]
In an alleyway, Boris teaches the Woolly Triplets 'how to be a rapscallion'. He then sends them off with a wink and a thumbs up. The triplets manage to trick Ruby by having the freckled triplet pose as a baby while the spectacled triplet pickpockets her. Unfortunately for them, they do it in front of a police station and are spotted by Pig Cop. They are arrested and sent to the pokey. Boris, finding them there, gives the triplets an F, expressing his disappointment.
Trivia[]
- The title is a play on the common saying “A for Effort” and the fact that an “F” in academic terms refers to failure, alluding to the Wooly Triplets being imprisoned.
