This article is about the class of enemies. For the original counterparts' cartoon, see The Butcher Gang.
"The disgusting wretches have wandered my halls, have gone unchecked! They're trying to drag me back to the darkness! Don't let them take your angel!" |

The original Butcher Gang trio from the Bendy and the Dark Revival trailer.
The Butcher Gang is a group of horribly disfigured creatures based on Joey Drew Studios' cartoon characters, mainly the original Butcher Gang, that were deconstructed by Twisted Alice for body parts and then bond together again to stay alive.
History[]

The Butcher Gang in Bendy and the Ink Machine.
The Butcher Gang takes the appearance on their original and villainous cartoon counterparts, albeit physically and mentally disfigured at every level. Their bodies show horrific mutilations with random objects in place of their missing body parts, to the point they look nearly unrecognizable to their original selves. Their demeanor resembles the original Butcher Gang's, but they appear to have slightly low to average intelligence and cannot speak properly, talking in extreme gibberish and rarely speaking clear words. Despite their low intellect, they are still dangerous to anyone they come after.
Further origins of the Butcher Gang's creation is unknown; all that is known is that during the game's development their corrupted versions were created at first and then reversed engineered into their original cartoon forms.[1]
Individuals[]
Piper[]

Piper is a disfigured counterpart of Charley. He serves as the gang's leader and wields a pipe wrench as his weapon, with a very low range vertical strike and a high range horizontal strike.
Fisher[]

Fisher in Bendy and the Ink Machine.
- Main article: Fisher
Fisher is the mutilated counterpart of Barley. He is the slowest but strongest member of the gang in Bendy and the Ink Machine and Bendy and the Dark Revival. His weapon was originally a wrench but was later replaced with a large hook.
Striker[]

Striker in Bendy and the Ink Machine.
- Main article: Striker
Striker is the monstrous and unrecognizable counterpart of Edgar. He runs faster than other members and attacks by striking with his fists.
Slicer[]

Slicer in Bendy and the Dark Revival.
- Main article: Slicer
Slicer is the disfigured counterpart of Carley, a character who was meant to be the fourth member of the Butcher Gang but was rejected. She is by far the most dangerous as she can teleport to Audrey at random while trying to harm her with her claws. She luckily can not kill the player and only gets them to one hit from death.
Trivia[]
- The Butcher Gang may be strongly inspired by the Splicers from the BioShock series, as both are mutilated and deformed enemies armed with random weapons.
- Each of the members of the Butcher Gang are likely based off of the "Four Wise Monkeys."
- Piper represents Mizaru (Sees no evil) due to his lack of eyes.
- Fisher represents Kikazaru (Hears no evil) due to his ears being missing.
- Striker represents Iwazaru (Speaks no evil) due to his mouth being stitched up.
- Slicer represents Shizaru (Does no evil) due to not being able to actually kill Audrey.
- In Boris and the Dark Survival, the Butcher Gang can actually lose you if you run far enough away from them.
- In Chapter 3's initial release for Bendy and the Ink Machine, the Butcher Gang members would originally spawn in level locations randomly and does not carry items for Henry to collect. As of the game's latest version, the Butcher Gang was given their own exclusive locations.
- In Bendy and the Ink Machine, Mike Mood uploads a humorous behind-the-scenes video on testing dialogue for the Butcher Gang enemies.[2]
