Within the Lounge & Hideout, the Balcony Lost One will walk around the walkway in the balcony above, having a sorrowful and frightened demeanor as it laments about being hunted down constantly by someone and hopelessly desiring to go home, before wandering back off-screen.

The Balcony Lost One is voiced by Joe J. Thomas, who also voices Bertrum Piedmont.
Along with the Patron from Boris and the Dark Survival, the Balcony Lost One is one of the two known unique Lost Ones to speak full words.
The Balcony Lost One's "When do we go home?" quote in audio log quality is heard in the version of the Bendy and the Ink Machine trailer which was released on the same day the Chapter 4 was published.
